Property location and description:

The Bloc South Sleepy Property is located approximately 30 km ESE of Val d Or, Quebec, in Range V of the Louvicourt Twp, NTS 32C/03. The center of the property is at 77°24’W and 48°03’2N. The Sleepy property consists of 8 contiguous claims (312.4 ha.).

Economic geology:

Rocks of the Malartic Group underlie the Sleepy property. These consist of intermediate agglomerates and tuffs with intercalated dacitic units (lavas and agglomerates), and an andesitic unit and a thick intermediate spherulitic package of flows (dacite, andesite) which overlie the latter to the south. They are cut by dioritic to gabbroic sills, which intruded them in an ESE-WNW direction. One of these sills, the Vicour Sill, hosts the Sleepy Zone and the Sigma II deposit. It is a differentiated intrusion of dioritic to gabbroitic composition, varying from 100 to 250 meters in width.

The Bloc South Sleepy property host the historic Sleepy deposit (152,471 t @ 5.1 g/t Au). The geology of this deposit is the same as the Sigma II mine, located 4.5 km west along strike. The host for these deposits is the Vicour Sill, a differentiated gabbro-tonalite sill, with a distinctive blue quartz tonalite facies. This facies contains 2 to 4% pyrite as disseminated grains and in veinlets. The sill is compositionally asymmetric, where gabbro occurs on the footwall or north side, and tonalite occurs on the hanging wall or south side.

In the Vicour Sill, the Sleepy Zone mineralization is hosted within a blue quartz eyed tonalite characterized by a pyrite content of 2 to 4%. The pyrite is disseminated, in irregular stringers and in small quartz veinlets (1 to 5 cm) with local visible gold. Widths of the mineralization vary from 2 to 22.6m (true width). The zone is 375m long with a maximum depth of 250m and is open on all sides.

One kilometer East of the Sleepy Zone, drilling intersected 18.7 g/t Au over 1.5m, 9.5 g/t Au over 1.5m, 7.1 g/t Au over 1.5m. Both holes were located at a similar stratigraphic position as the Sleepy Zone, within the Vicour Sill.

In 2007 and 2008, Alexandria’s drilling program intersected 2.71 g/t Au over 2.62m, 3.55 g/t Au over 6.35m and 3.35 g/t Au over 8.27m.

Gold, copper and zinc showings occur at 500m north of the Sleepy Bloc boundary in intermediate to felsic volcanic rocks of the Malartic Group with values of 9.9 g/t Au over 0.4m, 3% Cu over 3.6m and 17% Zn over 3.7m. No extensive exploration has been done in the volcanic rocks south of the Vicour Sill.

In 2011 Alexandria drilled 16 exploration holes on the Sleepy property. 7 holes were drilled to explore the continuity of the historic Sleepy Lake deposit at depth and returned 6.66g/t Au over 15.85m, 3.87 g/t Au over 7m and 11.28 g/t over 2.4m. The 9 others holes were drilled to explore the Vicour Sill and find possible extensions of the Sleepy Lake zone east and west of the deposit.

From 2011 to 2014 Alexandria drilled 34 bore holes to explore the Vicour Sill and extend the mineralization of the Sleepy Lake Zone. In 2014 a new inferred resource calculation was commissioned and returned 1,855,300 t @ 4.7 g/t Au for a total of 279,760 Oz Au.
